**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Administrator to support the smooth running of our Retail business.

You’ll also help keep our website content up to date and assist with day-to-day admin tasks that keep operations running efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process online orders from start to finish — picking, packing, dispatching, and updating order statuses.
- Handle returns and exchanges, including repackaging items and updating internal records.
- Liaise with Royal Mail to resolve shipping or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with incoming deliveries and inventory checks.
- Support the upkeep of product listings: uploading images, writing or updating descriptions, and managing product tags.
- Assist with marketing tasks, including newsletters, social media, and on-site content.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Confident communicator with a friendly phone manner and strong written skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce fulfillment is desirable.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management tools (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress) is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.45 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
