As the EMEA Organisational Design (OD) Lead sitting within Canon's new HR Centre of Expertise, you'll design, implement and monitor organisational design programs to meet our changing needs. This is a brand new role where you'll be consulting with senior management to review and evaluate organizational effectiveness, operating models and organisational strategy. As a Subject Matter Expert for Organisational Design and workforce planning issues, your key responsibilities will include: - Managing reviews of Canon’s organisational structure, determining changes that may be required to ensure a productive and successful organisation. - Providing governance and management of Canon EMEA’s job architecture, including organisational blue prints and role profiles. - Leading the development and implementation of improved organizational effectiveness capabilities through change management and organizational design. Working with the HR learning and development teams to communicate organisational skill requirements to help achieve organisational objectives. - Provide knowledge to senior leadership teams latest commercial operating models and best practice - Provide design and ensures accessibility and publication of company-wide organisational charts for Canon EMEA - Design, develop, set and review organisational development or design policies and process guidelines **What we ask**: You'll be able to demonstrate: - Extensive professional experience in a similar "People and Change"-type role within HR, Corporate Strategy/Development or Change Management. - Evidence of managing large Organisational Design Change Management or Workforce Planning programs - Experience advising senior stakeholders on workforce operating models and strategic workforce planning - Must have experience working in an international environment with complex matrix structure; experience with Works Councils is advantageous - Project Management Experience - evidence of managing complex projects with multiple streams - Strong communication skills and organisational skills. Evidence of ability to persuade and influence others. - Strong data, analytics and storytelling skills **You will need**: This is a standalone role so you'll need to be a strong communicator and highly collaborative - but you'll be working with a broad team of HR, HRIS and Exective Management.
