We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join our team based at our client's office in central Manchester
You will support the Regional Facilities Manager in managing this office ensuring that the highest level of Facilities Management and safety are always maintained.
You will also assist the Regional Facilities Manager in managing statutory compliance for the office and any other local offices.
Whilst some previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, a positive attitude and willingness to learn is just as important.
This role is client facing so you'll need to have a smart appearance and excellent communication skills.
You'll assist in the day to day running of the site with duties including:

- Post Room - dealing with Incoming and outgoing, couriers.
- Printing
- Setting up of Meeting Rooms
- Locker Management
- Raising and closing jobs via the helpdesk
- Monitoring completion of works logged via helpdesk
- Assisting contractors on site
- Liaising with the Building Landlords to report issues.
- Assisting to maintain statutory legislation records following maintenance visits.
- Producing access cards for visitors to the building
