Our Offer

Capgemini Engineering is looking for Supply Chain Specialist.

Your Role
- Manage delivery forecasts on outstanding purchase orders for your Supplier accounts, ensuring all Production needs are met and communicated correctly to the different business areas.
- Use of SAP APD, SAP PEA & SAP PGI
- Carrying out drumbeat calls with underperforming Suppliers. Requesting recovery plans from Suppliers to share with the business.
- Missing parts anticipation. Reviewing drop dead dates in SAP systems.
- Updating ZPcockpit tool with Supplier commentary.
- Visiting Suppliers with Airbus quality managers present to build relationships.
- Use of Supply on tool, business warehouse tool to measure Supplier's D1 & R1 performance.
- Reviewing Supplier quotations for scrap and rejected parts.
- Use of Google workspace
- Joining SQCDP daily to provide updates on missing parts.
- Running daily missing parts report from Skywise tool to ensure all risks are captured.
- Raising scrap and repair orders
- Run a Line Of Balance report for each missing part showing a 12 Week view
- Input all information from LOB's into a plateau file to share with the supplier.
- Modify all major risk LOB's with a DDD (drop dead date) to give Airbus Production teams visibility and customer of ultimate need dates. This helps Airbus plan to build accordingly
- Weekly call with Supply officers to capture any future anticipated risks.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in google workspace (Sheets, slides & data studio)
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of SAP APD/PEA
- Knowledge of Air Supply/SupplyOn
