Facilities Service Lead

The RE&WS Function is responsible for providing the environment, processes, equipment and resources that efficiently and effectively help our Willis Towers Watson colleagues meet client demands and the overall objectives of the organization.The FacilitiesServices Manager role is responsible for providing an integrated set of support programs and services to colleagues, with a focus on enabling productivity, managing costs, mitigating risk, promoting our values, and supporting our brand. Programs and servicesinclude but are not limited to work environment, maintenance, reception, on-site meeting support and food services, print, post, office equipment, safety, security, business continuity, and records management. The role will hold responsibility for one or moreWTW sites.
**The Role**:
- Implement best practices and effectively utilize standard operating procedures and tools
- Ensure local RE&WS team members are informed and capable of meeting their role/responsibilities
- Partner with segment and line-of-business leaders/key stakeholders to ensure RE&WS priorities and capabilities align with business operations
- Manage relationships with select external partners and stakeholders, as deemed appropriate by business and REWS leadership
- Active and collaborative support for the successful completion of real estate projects for the office(s)
- Tangible contributions to local/segment OIP and integration targets resulting in financial and qualitative benefits; development and ownership of operational support budgets
- Promote Willis Towers Watson culture and values; manage and support change management activities effectively to reduce business disruption and meet intended objectives**The Requirements**:
- Subject matter expertise in facilities management and office support operations within a multi-faceted professional services environment
- Highly skilled in managing interpersonal relationships with various constituents and a focus on business productivity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills used to effectively in business standard English and in local language as appropriate
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to coach, train and motivate colleagues at various levels
- Recognized as a positive change agent in response to changing business dynamics and support requirements
- Proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Success in the development and implementation of office support processes, procedures and guidelines that drive efficiency and service excellence
- Effective influencing skills and ability to impact key stakeholders and satisfactory issue resolutions
