I am recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a growing RIBA practice based in Otley.
This practice has an office in central Otley, and they also have a larger office that is based in the North East.
At present, they employ 18 staff split across their two offices and they work on a great range of projects for commercial and domestic clients.
These projects can involve anything from:
- Bespoke Residential
Residential Housing & Domestic
Commercial & Leisure
Health & Education
Conservation & Historic
They have won as a business several exciting new projects and they are looking for a couple of new additions to their office.
You will be allowed to run and manage your own projects, from inception to completion, giving you a hands-on involvement that you don't get with every practice.
The role is contractor and client-facing, you will be mentoring junior staff and becoming a key part of the growing team.

**Salary**: £33,000-£42,000 depending on previous experience and ability.
To Be Considered: Senior Architectural Technologist
- Experience working as a Technologist in the UK
- Confident in your technical ability and ideally some experience with contract administration
- Previously worked on domestic and commercial projects
- Able to use AutoCAD - Revit would be a big bonus
- Live within a commutable area to Otley
