This esteemed company, a leader in the high-performance metals sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Sales professional to join their dedicated team across their tube and pipe division.
**What You Will Do**:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to hit and exceed specified targets.
- Take verbal enquiries and provide swift, accurate quotations to customers.
- Follow up on quotations to secure orders and understand customer feedback.
- Negotiate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels.
- Input sales orders accurately and resolve any queries or problems promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information using the company CRM system.
**What You Will Bring**:
- Proven sales experience in the steel industry, particularly with Stainless Steel, Duplex, and Super Duplex.
- A strong foundation in English and Mathematics, with a metallurgical qualification (HNC/HND/BSc) being advantageous.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A commitment to solid business ethics, integrity, and teamwork.
