As Senior Project Manager you will support multiple departments alongside the Director of Delivery and Head of Construction in ensuring a full scope of works is carried out in the most efficient way whilst working towards the companies KPI’s and best workflowpractises.

Working within the operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementing and providing best Project Management strategies to support the business whilst ensuring projects are executed within best practice and governance.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Implement and maintain a consistent project management methodology ensuring compliance with appropriate governance including all project documentation (Project plans, trackers, issues, risk register, resources, change and cost documentation and records)
- Accountable for defining, planning, and delivering projects and strategic initiatives to conclusion
- Develop a strong, collaborative working relationship with key stakeholders and partners to enable successful relationship management.
- Manage and plan effective company resources ensuring projects are within budget
- Prepare and report on KPI and project timelines and progress
- Support the development and implementation of new systems and workflow improvements
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies, define and perform mitigating actions to avoid issues occurring that prevent delivery and where issues arise act as an escalation point and work with stakeholders to own and manage resolution.
- Take ownership of the commercial aspects of the contract / project and ensure the project adheres to CPPP and financial requirements

As a wholesale-only provider, MS3 will enable its existing and future ISP clients to provide up to 10Gb connectionsto end-customers, building on their existing fibre ring through Hull and to more than 30 other locations in the region.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Senior Project Manager are:

- Prince 2 or similar in Project Management
- Working knowledge of Telecommunications Industry
- Ability to always represent the company in a professional manner
- Manage and control meetings between internal and external stakeholders
- Detail and process orientated
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in directly managing the project life-cycle end to end
