This is a permanent position with the full time, part time and bank hours available.
The day shift patterns include working 5 days a week, 7 hours a day including weekends on a rota basis. Days run on the following shifts 7am - 2.30pm or 2.30pm - 9pm.
Night shift hours are 9.30pm - 7am, 4on/4off.
There is also available extra hours on request, and the option of working long shifts on days, which covers the morning and the afternoon shifts.

**What you will be doing**
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skillsto help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week because of you.

The House is an old rectory, situated in the conservation area of Dover and has been completely renovated to provide a spacious beautiful character home, with two fully enclosed gardens and 11 spacious bedrooms with full en-suite facilities.
