**Job description**

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible individuals who have a genuine passion for caring for children. They need to have good communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a team.

**Duties**:

- Care for children aged from birth to 11 years old.
- Establish good relationships with children and interact with them according to their individual needs.
- Establish good relationships with parents and carers.
- Work closely with the room supervisors, organising activities and resources to encourage learning through play.
- Undertake observations to promote and monitor children's development.
- To be aware of, and comply with, the settings policies and procedures, as well as have a comprehensive understanding of the minimum standards that provides the framework for the care we provide.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Supervisors/Management.

**Qualifications/Experience**:
Desirable Criteria:

- Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent Childcare qualification
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting.
- Paediatric First Aid
- Child Protection Training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £17,877.00-£22,347.00 per year
