We are seeking an experienced individual to support our SENDCo in the delivery of interventions and support programmes to support our children with additional needs across our Willow Road and Darlington Arena sites.

The individual should be passionate and energetic, with sound knowledge of the EYFS and confidence undertaking key person responsibilities for children with special educational needs and disabilities, as well as building outstanding partnerships with families.

Individual will be responsible for completing, and supporting the SENDCO to complete;
- Written Observations using Early Years Outcomes
- Planning for next steps
- Updating of One Plans / EHC Plans
- Base-lining and Tracking Children's progress closely
- Panel Applications
- Working alongside other agencies, i.e. SALT, OT, Paediatrician
- Leading intervention programmes daily alongside children
- Implementing PEC's alongside SENDCo
- Leading Early Help
