Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include serving drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-stocked. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Restock supplies, such as glassware, utensils, and ingredients - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Bartending experience is a plus If you are passionate about providing great customer service, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
