Our Food and Beverage Supervisor plays an integral role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members on a daily basis. They ensure all food and beverage experiences are in keeping with our company standards and ensure our team members are operating effectively and safely at all times.

We are looking for an experienced leader at our Swansea branch with a can-do attitude who is willing to go out of their way to enhance the experience of our members. Having a great personality and being able to work in a fast-paced environment is essential to this position.

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for building team morale and is key to maintaining standards across the entire food and beverage department.

Duties to include:

- Keeping our Castle Fresh menu available and presented at the right quality standards.
- Compliance with our own high standards whilst meeting all Food Hygiene regulations.
- Achieving agreed levels of sales and gross profits and to minimise wastage.
- Taking fortnightly stocks, obtaining both cost and profit results.
- Ordering stock from nominated suppliers, within agreed stocking levels and implementing effective stock rotation.
- Ensuring daily temperature checks are conducted and recorded for all food and beverage production and storage.
- Implement cleaning rotas for all food preparation, servery areas, Bars, and equipment.
- Ensuring the effective training and development of all staff members under your control.
- Have an understanding of IT packages including Microsoft office.

On a day-to-day basis you will find yourself working different shifts while having a fully flexible approach to working patterns including evenings and weekends over 37.5 hours per week.
