We’re currently looking for a Cost Controller for our London Region to provide administrative support and cost expertise to all F&B departments over both of our London based properties, Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch. Ensuring end of month duties and timelines are closely adhered to while liaising between F&B and the accounts team. Highlighting and solving issues related to COS, maintaining a comprehensive and efficient control of cost.

Knowledge- Understanding of a wide range food and beverage products- Proficient understanding of BSS- Proficient use of Microsoft Office- Proven experience in a 4/5 star or high profile events environment- Enter and locate work related information using computers and /or point of sale systems- Maintain positive and productive work- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail- Proven experience with Micros programming and reports

Main tasks and responsibilities- To assure all F&B purchasing, receiving, storing and requisitioning procedures are adhered- Support Accounts Payable in the overall invoicing tasks- Organize and perform the monthly stock take- Actively seek ways to improve the F&B spending and cost control- Liaise with Accounts Manager, F&B HODs and F&B director for all the area of F&B Control- Assist the F&B HODs in all aspects of the cost administration- Run frequent F&B cost price analysis and assess future price evolution- Contribute to the pricing strategy of the menus- Contribute to the Budgeting and Forecasting from a COS stand point- Contribute to the supplier contracting process- Ensure that all F&B IT systems are continuously updated and maintained, working as required- Report all maintenance and MICROS issues and follow up- Further develop the relationship with the main suppliers
