**What is Airplay?**
Airplay is the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund’s (RAFBF) flagship support programme for children and young people whose parents are serving in the Royal Air Force (RAF). Airplay consists of Airplay Youth Support as well as the provision on state-of-the-art play parks and childcare centres. The RAFBF investment in Airplay Youth Support means RAF stations can provide a stimulating, year-round programme of activities for children and young people run by a network of trained youth and play workers.

Airplay Youth Support seeks to raise the quality of provision for children and young people at RAF Stations and remotely so that children, young people, and their parents/carers can rest assured that wherever they may be based, Airplay will be there to provide a warm welcome and a supportive environment. Airplay Youth Support is made up of three strands:
- Airplay: A face-to-face youth work programme providing activities and opportunities for young people aged 8-18 at 24 RAF Stations across the UK.

Ben Clubs: A face-to-face play work programme providing activities and opportunities for young people aged 5 - 7 at 24 RAF Stations across the UK.

Airplay Connect: A digital platform providing play and youth work activities, resources, and opportunities for young people aged 5 to 18 to connect wherever they are living in the world.

Our mission is to create a community where everyone is healthy, happy and connected. We seek to champion those that have no voice and support those that need it most. Employing nearly 100 members of staff across various locations, we are ambitious, vibrant and visionary.

If you have experience of support work, an understanding of safeguarding and a passion to make a real difference to the lives of others in a warm and welcoming team, we’d like to hear from you.
