Job Title: Area Sales Representative - Building Products

Area to be covered: South Wales

Remuneration: £28,000 - £32,000neg (depending on exp) + annual bonus

Benefits: fully expensed company car + Comprehensive Benefits Package
The role of the Area Sales Representative - Building Products will involve:

- External sales position selling a range building products to the construction industry such as: plumbing & heating, landscaping, roofing, joinery, timber, heavyside and KBB
- All of your time will be spent selling to main contactors, builders, local authorities, developers, housebuilders and construction companies
- Order values ranging from £5k-£2m depending on size and scope
- Depending on your experience will determined your turnover target will be between £500k-£2m
- Ensuring sales and profit/loss targets are met by the branch
- Reporting to Branch Manager and Sales Manager

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Representative - Building Products with:

- Must have construction industry related experience
- Ideally sales however would consider Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Manager
- Ideally have deal with contractors, developers and housebuilders
- Commercially aware
- Excellent communication skills written and verbally
- Must be computer literate
- Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
- Track record of success and achieving goals / targets
- Comfortable with working both autonomously and as part of a team
