We’re currently recruiting for a **Quality Inspector / Skilled Operator** for a specialist manufacturing company based in Warwick. With impressive capabilities of low volume prototypes through to production our client is able to offer 3D Printing, Vacuum Forming, Injection Moulding, and Casting services as well as Metal Fabrication,CNC, and specialist composite manufacturing capabilities to their clients.

They’re currently looking to recruit a **Quality Inspector / Skilled Operator**to join their small, but successful team, on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is working Monday-Thursday from 9am-5:30pm and a Friday from 9am-3pm.

This role will have the variety of being responsible for Quality of components in Goods-in and Goods-out as well as ensuring all deliveries are correct and to the quality standard expected. Within their metrology inspection room, you will have access tolaser scanners and FaroArm CMM equipment which you will be trained to operator, you will also be operating a RIM (Reaction injection moulding) machine and 3D Printers.

**TheQuality Inspector / Skilled Operator role**:

- Responsible for Goods-In/Out including Quality and accuracy.
- You will be trained in the use of reaction injection moulding (RIM) machine and 3D printers.
- You will be trained in the use of CMM (FaroArm) and Laser Scanners.
- Being responsible and taking ownership of your area.
- Experience in metal folding/bending and fabrication work would be ideal.

**The idealQuality Inspector / Skilled Operator**:

- Experience of Quality Inspection would be ideal for this role, any further experience of CMM, handheld measuring equipment and metrology equipment would be a massive benefit,
- You will ideally have experience within a manufacturing background ideally from a model making, welding/fabrication, CNC or pattern making environment.
- You will be flexible in terms of duties to include Quality Inspection, Machine Operating and Goods-in/out,
- You will be computer literate, and fully converse with Microsoft packages.
