**About the role**:
As a Chaiiwala Supervisor, you’ll be a vital part of the team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. From managing staff and maintaining high service standards to handling inventory and customer orders, you’ll keep the chai brewing and the team on track. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting team members, and keeping the store organised and efficient. If you’re a natural leader with a passion for chai, customer service, and teamwork, this role is your perfect blend of responsibility and opportunity.

**What you’ll do**:

- Oversee the preparation of beverages and food items to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation
- Assist in running the store smoothly during shifts, ensuring that team members are effectively managing the flow of customers, restocking supplies, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Oversee and assist with cash handling, ensuring accuracy in cash register transactions and reconciling the till at the end of the shift
- Monitor the drive-thru**lane and store to maintain quick service times while ensuring quality and accuracy in every order

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in a team leader role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Works effectively with others, including the Store Manager and team members, to foster a team-oriented and inclusive atmosphere
- Motivation to progress within EG On the Move through innovative ideas and strategies
- Strong understanding of kitchen allergies and the importance of allergen control, with a proactive and responsible approach to following allergen guides to ensure customer safety
