This is a significant role, so be prepared to demonstrate these qualities along with the following essential requirements:

- At least three years of demonstrable experience with prosthetic work (denture setups, implant-retained bridges, repairs, etc.).
- A passion for and aptitude for learning new digital workflows, including CAD, scanning, 3D Printing and CAM manufacturing.
- A highly motivated attitude, striving for excellence in both individual and team tasks, contributing to a positive team culture.
- Friendly, respectful, and polite demeanor, with strong command of written and spoken English.

**The Role** As a dental lab assistant, you will work hands-on in a new lab location in a small team to ensure excellent and timely delivery of solutions to patients. You will cover for team members as needed and contribute to the development and delivery of monthly production reports. You will also support the wider team and align with our Vision, Values & Mission.

You will routinely;
- 3D Print models
- Liaise with our Lab administrator for files to print or CAM mill
- Set design STLs to CAM
- Stain, Glaze and process production
- Box up ready to head to the client

**Work Schedule**
- Flexible hours based on business needs, typically five days per week, eight hours per day.
- The role requires complete reliability, trustworthiness, and empathy due to the importance of our work to our patients' lives.
- Travel for initial training and occasionally for additional training or company meetings may be required.
