We are currently recruiting for **Warehouse Team Leaders** on full-time, permanent contracts based at our **Tinsley** site.
**Shift**: Any 5 in 7 Days Rotating 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 and Any 5 in 7 Nights 22:00-06:00.
**Salary**: £11.18p/h - £12.18p/h Days, £12.18p/h - £13.18p/h Nights (based on MHE experience) and OT x1.5.

We provide an upskill training on MHE gaining FLT VNA, Reach Truck and PPT licenses with a pay increase once the training is completed.

**Job Description**:

- Carrying out disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews.
- Monitoring and controlling sickness and absence, carrying out return to work interviews.
- Monitoring and controlling the time and attendance system.
- Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
- Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
- Planning manpower ensuring the efficient and cost effective levels of overtime and agency workers.
- Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
- Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
- Ensuring that the shift performance is achieved.
- Ensuring that the available resources are utilized to their full potential at all times.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and able to make decisions.
- Good warehouse and logistics operation knowledge.
- Computer literate.
- Professional, approachable and helpful.
