REKOM UK are looking for a Cleaner to help with the smooth running of ATIK in Aberdeen.

ATIK Aberdeen is housed in a prestigious building which was originally built as the Palace Theatre in 1898, it was then turned into a cinema in 1931, followed by a ballroom in 1959 before first becoming a nightclub in 1976. ATIK boasts a state-of-the-art sound and light system and has multiple rooms offering pop and rock classics in Vinyl, house and chart toppers in the ATIK main room and R&B and Hip Hop in Curve. The venue also hosts events featuring the biggest DJs and acts on the scene with a wide range of VIP booths to enable it to offer the best nightlife, late night bar and VIP experiences in Aberdeen.

What can you do for us?

As a member of the cleaning team at this popular night spot you will ensure that everything is clean and tidy and ready for the doors to open. You will ensure that all front of house areas are presented to the highest standards. At Rekom UK ensuring that our venues are sparkly clean and ready for the next trading session is of the upmost importance. Our cleaners are extremely important members of our team and we look upon them to ensure the standards our guests expect, are delivered time and time again.

REKOM UK is a national business that focuses on local decision making. With a HUB office support network, our management teams are given the full support to maximise their business performance.
- Offer an hourly salary of up to £9 per hour, depending on experience;
- You will join the largest late-night operator in Denmark, Norway, Finland and the UK;

- We will supply many support functions via our HUB office and senior management team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Work alongside the venue cleaning supervisor to ensure cleanliness of the venue;
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout;
- Ensure all waste is disposed of in external bins adhering to company recycling policy;
- Ensure all areas of the venue, including external steps, windows and surfaces have been cleaned to standard;
- To ensure wet/dry vacuums, floor scrubbers and vacuum cleaners are used safely and in
accordance with the manufacturers instructions;
- To ensure spillages and slip or trip hazards are cleaned up as soon as possible; and
- To ensure wet floor signs are used to warn of hazardous wet flooring.

This is a part time permanent role that may include evenings but will definitely include weekends due to the nature of our business, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you. This is by no means a 9 to 5 role and all applicants should take this into consideration. Our team love what they do We have a passion for providing an experience second to none.
