Butler Rose are delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing business in finding a new Accounts Assistant for their expanding environment. This role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 at home. This is a full time, permanent position basedin their friendly office from 08:30-17:30 Monday-Thursday, finishing early on a Friday at 15:30
**Responsibilities**:
Calculate client invoices with a level of speed and accuracy
Ensure expense claims have been recharged
Process timesheets and assist with payments to clients, to ensure payments are made punctually and accurately
Liaise with internal team to resolve timesheet queries efficiently and effectively
Calculate invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure all sales invoices are issued on a monthly/ad-hoc basis in a timely manner
Report to your Supervisor any outstanding issues and highlight any potential debtor problems
Validate placement records
Ensure client bank details are validated and updated
Send out client invoices where required
Maintaining and updating PO numbers on the payroll system
Update and maintain finance systems
Any other ad-hoc tasks as required
**Requirements**:
Strong attention to detail and well organised.
Able to confidently build relationships with internal teams and clients.
