1101 is a growing Sheffield based technology company, committed to its core values and offering strategic IT and business solutions, with a real focus on digital transformation.
1101 are not your typical IT company. They partner closely with clients to deliver long-term value, driven by their passion for innovation, transformation, and people development. With around 20 employees and exciting plans, they’re now ready to grow their team by bringing in their first dedicated marketing leader.
**So, what might you get up to as 1101’s Head of Marketing and Communications?**
As this is a brand-new role and due to the fluid nature in which 1101 operate, responsibilities are likely to develop with the role, but it really is a fantastic opportunity to be a role that you really make your own.
Some of the things you can be sure to get stuck in with include
- Leading and managing 1101’s website redesign project - everything from choosing the platform, web developer and the content, then ensuring the ongoing maintenance afterwards
- Developing and executing new social media strategies that strengthen 1101’s brand and help with lead generation
- Collaborating with the Head of Engagement, the Customer Experience Manager and the Directors to align the brand and communications with company goals and objectives
This is an integral role for 1101 and their continued growth plans, and they are keen to find someone who will be part of that growth with them. So, all we ask of you is
- You have experience and responsibility for leading and managing Marketing or Marcom Projects within an organisation
- You thrive working in a fluid environment, where you are fully responsible for your workload and schedule
- You've excellent communications skills with a passion for marketing and technology.
- You're committed to Continuing Professional Development with an eagerness to develop and grow within the organization.
- You’re local to Sheffield or commutable from South Yorkshire or East Midlands
