Support Services Director

We are recruiting for a globally renowned tech organisation who is seeking an experienced Support Services Director to oversee their helpdesk support teams in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global organisation with excellentopportunities to progress.
The focus of the role is to oversee the UK based helpdesk, 1st line support and 2nd/3rd line technical teams and the workshops/warehouse functions. You will ensure that the support services are being delivered in accordance with agreed expectations, KPI'sand our clients contracted Service Level Agreements. This includes day to day management of operational activity, overseeing all staffing activities, developing and implementing processes to ensure best practice across the department.
**Duties:**
- Development, administration and reporting of effective processes, utilization, training schedules, SLAs and KPI'S
- Management and financial reporting
- Supporting Sales, Service Contracts and Business Development in the creation of proposals and tender management for new and existing customers
- Working closely with Technical Support Desk Manager, Technical Service Manager ,Service Coordination Manager
