Experienced Barista

We’re looking for someone who understands that coffee is about more than just caffeine — it’s about connection.

We’re looking for a barista who shares that ethos — someone who enjoys both the craft of coffee and the rhythm of service, who brings care into every detail, and who understands what true hospitality feels like.

What the role involves:

- Preparing and serving excellent coffee and tea to our house standards
- Creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- Keeping the coffee station and seating areas clean, organised, and visually inviting
- Supporting with food prep and presentation when needed
- Handling till transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods

- Are curious about coffee and hospitality, and open to learning

- Have some experience in hospitality or food prep (preferred but not essential)

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
