Grade 5 - £24,294 for 15.5 hours per week for 52.14 weeks per annum equating to £10.177.22 pro rata.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant for 15.5 hours per week to provide a full range of administrative assistance and support to the management team at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre to include research, support with bookings and invoicing, customer care, monitoring of activity programmes and events.
Supporting promotional events, both on-site and at other Leisure venues across the county is a key element of the role as well as responding to customer queries and managing booking queries and booking systems.
You must be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic, committed and creative approach to customer service and be proficient in the use of IT systems with the ability to demonstrate sound knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office suite and Gladstone booking system as well as actively participate in sales and marketing activities for the facility.
