We now have an excellent opportunity for a professional and motivated CCTV Controller to join the team, in our fast-paced, customer focused control room.

**The position**:

- Permanent
- 4 on, 4 off, day shift pattern: 07:00 to 19:00 hours (12-hour shifts)
- A valid SIA CCTV licence **and** Security Guarding/Door Supervisor licence is essential

**Main responsibilities**:

- To clock Guards on and off Timegate and book check calls, on and off. To follow up any issues, discrepancies, lates, escalate where necessary and communicate accordingly with the client.
- To monitor CCTV activations on relevant systems to check the site is secure, take control of cameras and give audio warnings where applicable. To assist with reporting of camera faults and checks.
- To sign in and out all keys (including vehicles) to all employees coming into the Control Room and to ensure that no keys are lost. Any losses must be reported straight away (key management).
- To assist with driver sheets by checking through the diary and scheduling times/locations, including site lock ups and patrols and to make adjustments if the client request changes. To gain up-to-date information for Mobile Response drivers so that they can investigate intruder alarms for key holding.
- To carry out additional duties, as required.

**Required skills and attributes**:

- A valid SIA CCTV licence **and** Security Guarding/Door Supervisor licence (essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong Computing skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Outstanding telephone and call handling ability.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested which includes being able to supply a full 5-year work/education history.
