**Home Care Giver role -**
- Providing care in the community for people who need assistance to live independently within their own homes
- A range of support with personal care
- Household tasks, medication support and companionship

**Care Confidence Home Care**

The role is for a Home Caregiver/Care assistant. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, caring and wants to help other people live their life to its full potential through providing non-medical care services within their homes. We are looking for people who genuinely want to make a difference to those they look after. You will be completing duties such as personal Care, medication support, shopping, washing, outings, meal preparation and Companionship. Training and full support will be given.

**About You**

You will be naturally caring and enjoy looking after people. Some Care Experience is essential. Your experience can include your own personal experiences, it does not need to be working for a care company. Most people who want to work in care already have the skills needed such as being warm-hearted, thoughtful and the ability to make someone feel that little bit better. Along with these qualities you will need to be very reliable, trustworthy, and willing to go that extra step to make our service users lives better and work as a team. In exchange there is a DBS, training and uniform, paid fuel allowance, a paid induction and the potential to grow with the company and have a fantastic career with us.

**Use of own Vehicle ESSENTIAL.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are tested Twice Weekly with Lateral flow tests when in work, and all staff wear full PPE including gloves, masks and aprons.
