**We are recruiting Coach/Mentoring role in Salford to work with Young people aged 15-19 (24 SEN) who are currently NEET or RON.**

**Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference to the lives of young people, to help them move forward with their career plans, despite their background**

You will work across community locations and schools, supporting young people to access support, education, employment and training.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to young people’s lives, it’s a very rewarding role with real job satisfaction.

Our programme is aimed at ensuring those hardest to reach Young People are given every opportunity and support to achieve their potential through a person-centred approach.

Experience of working with YP aged 15 onwards is desirable and a flexible approach to work with a can-do attitude.

We know that some people are looking for part time work and we can offer flexible working arrangements, so if you’re only looking for 3 or 4 days a week, please don’t be put off. We believe that part-time workers have a valuable contribution to make to our workforce.

Our holidays start at 25 days + Bank Holidays. We give an extra 6 days a year for staff with longer service and everyone gets the day off on their birthday.
