We're Dulce Cor, a small but soulful project excited to present an array of health-inspired drinks and food, ranging from our line of fresh juices & smoothies, extraordinary lattes to our delicious breakfast and grab&go meals.

**Your Opportunity**

We are looking for a fun, outgoing and high energy team person to be our first Barista.

You will focus on setting up the bar and serve amazing drinks to our customers. You will be running the coffee operation alongside our bartender and a daytime manager.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to embark on an exciting journey with a startup that has big visions. You will be the one of the first hires and be instrumental in shaping the direction that the company goes.

We are looking for a proven people-person. Someone that takes pride in giving amazing hospitality experiences and influencing their team to do the same. You will need to have been a Barista, and be keen to learn and progress. We will teach you a lot and there is huge room to grow.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing a five star member experience from opening to close
- Fuelling our guests with caffeine through our coffee products and serving all with energy, warmth, and empathy
- Being a dedicated speciality coffee enthusiast
- Running daily smooth coffee operation, including health and safety responsibilities
- Coffee & coffee related stock management
- Equipment management & maintenance
- Assisting the daytime manager with every aspect of the building including sales, hospitality and operations

**Experience Required**
- Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
- A passion for coffee with specialty coffee experience gained through being a Barista for a minimum of 2 years
- A proven people-person, taking pride in giving amazing service experiences
- Enjoy working both independently, while also thriving in a team environment
- Evidence of having grown their experience and skills, taking on new learning opportunities
- Like challenges, and embraces change in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
