Sales Administrator

**Job description**
Ambassador Pools and Leisure are a family company who have been running for 50 years, we specialise in a fantastic range of swimming pools, hot tubs and leisure supplies.
We offer a great working environment in a modern building, with onsite parking.
Industry experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
**Sales Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Make accurate cost calculations on job sheets and liaise with Service Manager.
- Generate Service invoices and send after being checked.
- Maintain accurate customer records whether new or update when required.
- Post payments to invoices and file.
- Chase overdue service invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Respond and resolve to all Customer queries and escalate most serious.
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers; dealing with their enquiries and purchase transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep shop floor tidy and stocked with merchandise, making sure items are straightened and nicely arranged.
- Order in special items for customers.
- Keep warehouse stocked.
- Work 10 Saturdays on a rota basis and contribute to cleaning rota
**Sales Administrator requirements**:
- Prior experience in invoicing, sales, customer service or retail.
- Ability to learn about products and their uses
- Motivation and initiative to work through busy seasonal shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- The ability to use a computer and the main software packages such as Microsoft office competently.
Summer Hours - March to October
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturdays: 8:30am-5.00pm
Winter Hours - November to February
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Saturdays: 9:00am-4.00pm
Saturday working is on a 1 in 4 rota.
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
