Swansea Bay Home Care Services is an established Domiciliary Care Provider, offering quality services to clients in their own homes in the Swansea area.

**Our Seniors are paid £10.45 per hour and £10.75 on weekends. Travel between calls is paid at £8.91 per hour and mileage is 0.25p per mile.**

We now require an additional Senior Community Care Worker to work flexibly, between 16-to-35-hour contract on offer, to cover weekdays/weekends days and evenings in a Rota. Uniform is supplied, and you will be supported to complete a QCF level 2 and/ or 3 in Health and Social Care and all the mandatory training which is required by our Governing Body (CIW).

There is scope within the business to develop and the opportunity to complete a QCF3, QCF4 and QCF5.

Driving Licence and access to a car is essential for this post.

You are required to work as part of a team, have good communication and listening skills, be able to respond to an emergency appropriately and to carry out instruction as directed by the Home Care Manager/Care Co-ordinator. Experience in a caring role is essential, and experience in a supervisory role is preferred, although training will be provided.

Your responsibilities will include, supervising a Team of Community Care Workers and give advice and motivation, Quality Monitoring, ensuring all essential services are maintained during staff shortages, safe delivery of the service within CIW guidelines
