As a Team Leader at Wingstop, you’ll be working closely with the senior managers and crew to bridge and create a great working environment influencing all your team members to deliver a great Wingstop experience to our customers. **What qualities does a Team Leader need to join a Wingstop Delivery Kitchen?**

Unlike a traditional restaurant, a delivery kitchen is a fast - paced commercial kitchen unit that only produces food for delivery. It contains the kitchen equipment and facilities needed to prepare food but has no dining area for guests.
- We’d prefer you have had 6 - 12 months of supervisory or management experience from a hospitality, leisure, or retail background
- You are customer and teams focused and excited by the opportunity to deliver a FLAVOUR experience unlike any other
- You're a strong, commercially aware leader to drive your performance on shift and inspire your team to meet our customers’ needs
- You'll have a true passion for our amazing food, and you'll bring our flavours to life and inspire your team to do the same to Wingstop’s standards
- Drive to step in the General Managers absence
- Being responsible for the day to day running of shifts.
- Play an important role in people development, training, and coaching
- Being responsible for high standards of cleanliness across the restaurant
