**About our role**:
Are you a passionate coach with a laser focus on empowering sales reps to achieve their full potential? Do you thrive in building positive team cultures and fostering continuous learning? If so, our Sales Enablement Coach role at SFG20 is your chance to make a real difference.

The role partners with our sales function and is focused on action centred coaching and providing knowledge, materials, and tools to enhance their selling abilities. Working with the Head of Learning and Sales Managers to ensure our teams are well-equipped to engage with prospects and customers effectively, maximising every opportunity.

**In this dynamic role, you'll be the ultimate champion for our sales force, igniting their potential**:

- Craft and deliver impactful training programs, equipping reps with the knowledge, skills, and tools to dominate the sales landscape.
- Conduct regular skills assessments, identifying gaps and developing targeted plans for growth. Become the mastermind behind their mastery
- Provide one-on-one coaching, transforming reps into negotiation ninjas and objection-handling experts.
- Foster a vibrant, supportive team environment where learning flourishes and colleagues empower one another.
- Manage the sales enablement library, ensuring access to cutting-edge materials aligned with industry trends, product updates, and market dynamics.
- Support new hires' onboarding, closely tracking their progress and propelling them to peak performance quickly.
- Establish KPIs for the sales team, meticulously monitoring progress and generating insightful reports to drive continuous success.

**Essential Experience**:

- Proven experience of action centred coaching within a consultative sales environment
- Demonstrable experience in supporting the development of sales professionals at various levels
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Experience of using CRM software and other sales tools to assess sales activity

**Desirable**
- Experience within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
- Previous experience of HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
