An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our Customer team's Salesforce squad You’ll deliver first-class Salesforce solutions, which are secure, appropriately tested, perform well, and provide an engaging experiencefor our customers. The work you do will directly contribute towards our efforts to ensure that every one of our customers has a safe and enjoyable experience when using our products. We have achieved a lot with Salesforce since we launched it in early 2018, and we have bigplans to develop the platform even further. As a Salesforce Engineer in the Customer tribe you will play a key role in helping us shape and deliver this. **WHAT YOU'LL DO**: - Work as part of an established agile team to create new solutions in Salesforce for our Customer Experience and Risk & Responsibility teams - Closely work with our existing Salesforce Admins and Developers, you will have the opportunity to share knowledge and experience as well as learn from others - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our code base and ensure that our standards are applied - Work with the Business Analyst, Product Owner and Agile Delivery Lead to ensure that our solutions are fit for purpose and deliver the intended benefits - Be confident and comfortable presenting your own work in show and tell settings **HOW YOU'LL DO IT** You will use all the tools at your disposal to build and maintain quality solutions in Salesforce (Service Cloud). In addition to Salesforce you will use Jira, Miro, Slack and Zoom to collaborate with the wider team. In order to be successful in this role you should have the following experience: - Full-stack experience of using Salesforce, including both declarative and coding approaches - Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment using tools and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, Confluence and Jira - Experience of working with Salesforce in a CI/CD environment, using technology such as Jenkins, Git, Github etc - Ideally you will have Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or higher - Experience of integrating Salesforce with external systems and data sources **BENEFITS** Working at Sky Betting & Gaming means that you'll work for one of the Top 50 UK Best Places To Work on Glassdoor that's also been ranked 4th in the UK for work-life balance and has one of the Top 20 Best CEOs in the UK (according to Glassdoor).
