Quality Inspector

Our well-known and highly established client based in Biggleswade are looking for a **Quality Inspector **to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right skillset and attitude to progress within the manufacturing sector.

The hours for this role are Monday to Thursday, 7am-4pm & Friday, 7am-1pm (overtime available)

The pay rate for this role is £13.50-£16.50 per hour (depending on experience)

**Day to Day tasks as a Quality Inspector**:

- Receipt inspection activities
- In-process inspection activities
- Final inspection activities
- Liaising with the Works Manager on quality issues
- Paperwork creation and completion
- Maintain inspection facilities & equipment to a high standard
- Involvement in internal and external audits

**Personal Skills needed as a Quality Inspector**:

- Ability to use all tools for inspection, such as Bore Mics, Verniers, Depth Gauges, Micrometres and Thread Gauges
- Ability to understand drawing symbols and machine tolerances
- Ideally have Sheet Metal and Fabrication experience
- Ideally have CNC press-brake experience/knowledge
- Ability to guide, capture, and document fault findings
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Hard working and hands-on
