**The Requirements: Trainee Headhunter - FinTech Market**
You do not need any prior experience However, the company are looking for ambitious individuals who have:
- 1 - 2 years B2B Sales experience
- Ideally degree educated background
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great organisational skills
- A competitive nature
- A sense of achievement

- Headhunting senior figures using targeted search approach.
- Guiding and supporting them throughout the interview process.
- Working towards daily KPIs, incentive related and promotional targets.
