This is an excellent opportunity to work for a forward-thinking, family-owned company, in a purpose-built aftersales building, working with four of the biggest manufacturers.
Detailed Key Tasks
- To handle all customers in a professional and friendly manner in accordance with manufacturer and company customer satisfaction policies
- To maintain regular contact with trade customers by being proactive with the aim of developing business opportunities
- To manage warranty return parts in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines
- To analyse the stock level of parts to maintain a satisfactory level of service in the most efficient way by making best use of parts pre-pick and stock orders to minimise VOR orders and obsolete stock
- To monitor parts inventory and anticipate future parts needs and to set minimum stock levels with the authority of the Parts Department Manager

**Detailed Responsibilities**
- To have sufficient current product knowledge to enable accurate information to be given to all customers
- To ensure security of all parts and consumables by maintaining stock levels and ensuring all stock is given a location
- To assist the Parts Manager with full inventory checks carried out at least twice yearly
- To have a thorough understanding of manufacturer parts systems and processes
- To continually improve technical expertise by personally keeping up-to-date on technical changes and developments, and passing this information on through training and coaching.
- You must be efficient and have incredible attention to detail.
- Have a good all round, hardworking attitude as you will be joining a highly efficient, existing team.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
