**Free CPD and Constant support with interviewing**

You will be working closely with the SEN department working closely with students who need additional support so any prior experience as a Teaching Assistant is highly desired.

**Experience of working as a teaching assistant (desired not essential)**
**Have an interest in the education sector
**Up to date enhanced DBS (or willing to process one £49)**
**A recent graduate (graduated within last 2 years) (Desired not essential)**
**Ability to engage with and inspire young learners **About the school

**Role Summary**
Your role as a teaching assistant will be to provide support either in-class, 1:1 tuition or to small groups of students with varying abilities, you will be encouraging and supporting individual pupils to reach their full potential whilst demonstrating a creativeand determined attitude that will help motivate students..
Teaching assistants directly support the students, as well as helping to organise the teaching and learning resources available to students and staff.
A role as a Teaching assistant is an excellent starting point for any individuals who are looking at training to become teachers in the future
