This is a PMO analyst role supporting the wider team with tracking and analysis of the programme function. The team is being set up to support the ERP rollout and wider digital transformation within the business and therefore will be a key hire.
The PMO analyst will be responsible for:

- Establish workstream tracking and reporting
- Establish integration of Dev Ops tracking & workstream tracking
- Create and manage work stream templates
- Conduct weekly reviews with workstream leads to ensure weekly reports are up-to-date and accurate
- Provide critical updates and insights to Programme leadership
- Establish and operate the governance framework and provide the visibility of progress through weekly tracking and reporting along with maintenance of an integrated RAID log
- Support the consolidation of programme materials for Programme and Executive Governance forums
