**Recruitment and Onboarding Co-ordinator based at Derby**

**Permanent - 37 hours per week - Monday - Friday**

**Hybrid working model**

**£25,300 rising to £25,900 per annum following successful completion of 6-month probation**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate, dynamic, and forward-thinking administrator to join the recruitment and compliance team at MHA; the main purpose of the role is

To deliver a professional and consistent recruitment administration service to internal and external stakeholders throughout the business
- To deliver a professional recruitment administration service to internal and external stakeholders throughout the business
- Ensuring all recruitment processes and checks relating to the recruitment lifecycle are processed correctly
- Awareness and understanding of recruitment employment legislation
- The role works closely with the wider recruitment team and it is therefore expected that the postholder will be sufficiently trained and flexible to undertake this role and duties and responsibilities of the Recruitment Compliance Co-ordinator.
