- Other benefits including dental care, private healthcare, cycle-to-work scheme, mobile phone provider discounts & more The role involves carrying out all aspects of plastering, large ceiling and wall areas, external renderingand damp works to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision. As a multi-skilled trades person you should also be able to carry out other multi-skilled works to enable you to complete the whole job rather than just your core trade. This will include tiling,basic plumbing; taps, waste and basic carpentry. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters. You will also operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up todate with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas. Typical work will comprise of maintenance/renewals to properties.
