**Job Type / Category**

**Responsibilities and Duties will include**:
1. Managing and providing support to other team members on mostly HDR case load of Claimant files

2.Supporting the team to progress all files proactively towards settlement

3. Supporting preparation of cases for litigation and any hearings

1. A understanding of and experience of drafting pleadings is essential. Experience running housing disrepair cases is a bonus full training will be provided.

2. The ability to work with and achieve settlement targets on a consistent basis

3. Experience of litigation and have demonstrable experience of dealing.

4.Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines

5.Excellent communication skills /Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Well organised and an excellent eye for detail
- Proactive, driven and ambitious
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A proven and demonstrable track record in identifying and resolving legal issues
- Experience in HDR is an advantage

Salary will be based on previous litigation experience
