**Sales Executive Motor Fleet Insurance - South Yorkshire - OTE £30k Plus (uncapped) plus a basic of £21k per annum plus an excellent benefits package**

Are you passionate about people? Do you enjoy closing deals? An experienced Sales professional is required to join a rapidly expanding multi award winning Insurance Organisation based at their Head Office in South Yorkshire. One of the top 100 IndependentInsurance Brokers in the UK who are innovative and technology driven with a driven mind set. You will join a renowned and specialist Motor Fleet team where you will progress towards becoming an expert business to business sales professional already experiencedin sales.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Liaise with prospective clients via the telephone adding value and providing information on their insurance options and sell the benefits of vehicle fleet insurance
- You will work with high-quality warm leads from experience customer from other parts of the business
- Gather the prospects needs and requirements and obtain insurance quotations
- Manage your own sales pipeline (with support and training)
- Help clients save money by switching from single motor insurance policies to single fleet
- Work with Sales Management and the Marketing team to help and support marketing campaigns

In return you will receive coaching and training helping you to develop strong selling skills through the sales cycle which will involve training courses, on the job mentoring, team meetings and one to one management meetings. You will be trained specificallyin Insurance and the Financial Services Environment to help you become an expert in your field. Career progression - offering options for progression within management or moving from working with smaller prospects to larger companies with the opportunity toincrease earnings. Professional Qualification - Full support towards Industry Qualifications is offered.

- Exceptional communication skills and the initiative to ask the right questions via the telephone
- Previous sales experience with the right attitude and a proven track record
- Experience of working within a sales driven, targeted environment
- A willingness to work towards targets essential
- Enthusiasm for developing your skills and learning about new products and services is essential
- Organisational skills and good attention to details is paramount
- Insurance experience - advantageous
