**The role**

**As a Recruitment and Compliance Administrator, you will be required to support in the following duties**:

- General administration duties
- Supporting the recruitment process including applicant screening
- Completing the full registration process with new applicants
- Completing identification checks
- Organising and coordinating training as and when required
- Confirming, chasing and obtaining relevant training documentation including obtaining the required compliance/training documents for new applicants and new compliance/training documents for those documents which are soon to expire for clinicians who already work for us
- Help coordinating shift bookings
- Liasing and communicating with new and existing clients as and when required

**What we require from you**:

- At least one years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and the ability to learn quickly
- Strong team player
- Experience using the full Microsoft package - Word/Excel etc
- Driven by a challenge with the ability to work under pressure at times
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliability and flexibility
