**Cotteswold Dairy** have an exciting opportunity available for a **3.5t Driver**with excellent customer service skillstojoin our newly acquired** Hereford Depot**. We welcome drivers with experience of and/or are happy with nights/early morning starts with a passion to learn and develop. You will be working on a **full-time, permanent basis** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary plus benefits.**

**The Hours**: 40 hours per week over 4 shifts, Monday-Sunday

**The** **3.5t Driver role**:
As our 3.5t Driver you will dirve in a safe and courteous manner, have an eye for detail and have experience of delivering excellent customer service and building good customer relationships. You will have multi-drop experience, with the ability to workwell alone and problem solve. You will be committed to conducting your work to the highest standards, recognising this role is pivotal to ensuring a first class service to our customers.
**What will you be doing as our 3.5t Driver**:

- Driving vehicles up to 3.5 tonne;
- Loading your own vehicle according to customer orders;
- Delivery of dairy and other products to semi retail customers;
- Intensive multi-drop rounds;
- Completing stock rotations;
- Bank Holiday, night and weekend working.

**Skills and attributes, we’re looking for in our 3.5t Driver**:

- A full UK driving licence;
- Ability to communicate effectively including dealing directly with customers and co-workers;
- Methodical with strong analytical skills;
- Accurate with an attention to detail work ethic;
- Ability to effectively time manage ;
- Positive attitude possessing high levels of commitment and motivation;
- Good time keeping skills;
- High levels of accuracy, precision and detail;
- Working on own initiative and as part of team;
- A 'can do' attitude with a commitment to seeing tasks through the completion.
