Who We Are:
We are a family-run, friendly, small but rapidly-growing Yorkshire-based Fire and Security Integrator who are in search of a diligent, experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a company, we believe in collaboration, support and hard graftacross the business as a whole. Our managers don’t spend their time delegating and twiddling their thumbs, they get stuck in with everyone because with such a small headcount, there’s really nowhere to hide. We don’t believe a title makes one person more importantthan another and, similarly, we don’t believe in carrying anyone. A good work ethic is paramount to succeed in this company and, as long as they’re looking after the business, the business is looking after them. We’re a family business, we understand betterthan most the importance of striking the right balance between our personal lives and our careers. That’s why we won’t pile on the pressure to clock in early and clock out past dinner time, we simply expect you to give 100% between 8:30 and 5 and that’s it.

Now onto the formal part.

Role Requirements:

- To identify and achieve new business opportunities - with the chance to chase the business and leads you want. You’ll have total free rein, generating new business across the M62 corridor
- To network and build relationships with end-users, consultancies and manufacturers
- To obtain new install projects and service contracts focussed around electronic security systems (intruder, CCTV, access control and fire)
- To develop and specify solutions to the clients’ needs
- To achieve the agreed level of new customers/orders/sales

You:

- Will have demonstrable experience of sales ability and results in access control, IP CCTV and integrated security systems projects - experience from integration or manufacturing is welcomed
- You’ll be well-connected and a strong relationship builder with multiple end-users
- You’ll have proven success in the development of new accounts
- You’ll have demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive level

What’s in it for you:
C£40,000 - £45,000 salary + competitive commission structure (OTE £70-90k)
