Design, coordinate and deliver the marketing activities for Elanders UK. Coordinate & manage a portfolio of campaigns, media channels, content and activities to generate leads, enquiries and sales opportunities. Create positive brand influence and increased visibility of the Elanders business.

Key tasks are:
- Design & delivery of Digital Marketing campaigns
- Utilise PPC, Google ads, SEO and similar tools to generate results
- Ensure that all media are updated to maximise SEO & content
- Manage inbound lead generation & qualify marketing responses
- Manage results, data and reporting to establish performance & ROI
- Develop Social media strategies e.g. LinkedIn to build audiences and create visibility, engagement & brand awareness / loyalty
- Identify & build relationships with external partners & influencers
- Develop & manage the PR / media channel with partners
- Internal activist for Marketing & Business Development
- Optimise automation and scheduling for campaigns and outbound messaging
- Create monthly reporting for marketing activity and outcomes
- Build individual knowledge for online techniques, trends and strategies to maximise results
- Creation and management of a rolling quarterly Marketing plan
- Create supporting materials and collateral e.g. video content, case studies & corporate image
- Support internal communications & content e.g. Monthly Newsletter & internal messaging boards
- Manage direct customer communications e.g. Customer Satisfaction surveys
- Encourage content creation and contribution from colleagues
- Own the CRM system and manage timely delivery of activity & responsibilities of tasks through a planned, methodical and uncomplicated approach to progress achievement and output.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Head of Business Development

**Essential Skills**:

- Developing and delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new opportunities, existing customers & drive growth
- Designing & managing PPC / Google ads & Social media channels
- Exposure to B2B marketing / commercial environments
- Proven results in Lead generation & Demand engagement
- Experience of monitoring performance and creating reports & data
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify & define audiences
- Writing & proof reading creative copy / studies
- Management of websites / data / SEO & analytics
- Can demonstrate commercial awareness, acumen & understanding
- Ability to organise & coordinate events and exhibitions
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally & written, critically the job holder must be confident able to communicate & engage effectively with (and to) people at all levels
- Ability to interact and coordinate activity between differing parties
- Understands & demonstrates a balance between customer satisfaction and commercial delivery
- Can demonstrate competency in utilising systems CRM (Hubspot) & Microsoft Office suite
- Has a belief that process, quality & adherence are key attributes
- Is tenacious in approach & resolute in delivering an output
- Displays a positive attitude to problem solving and is willing to challenge the status quo
- Understands & demonstrates a balance between customer satisfaction and commercial delivery
- Proactive time management & diary control

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Tyneside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
