**Elevate Supported** **Living** are seeking to employ a caring, motivated and experienced **Deputy** **Service Manager -** **Therapeutic Adult Supported Living** with life experience and relevant supported living experience and have relevant care qualifications to join our expanding team in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Elevate Supported Living provides therapeutic, innovative and creative support for adults that require support with mental health, complex needs, autism and learning disabilities.

The **shift pattern** is full time 40 hours per week. The working hours are 8am - 4pm with on-call duties.

The **salary** for this role is between £33,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

**Job Details**

As an **Deputy** **Service Manager**you will lead in supporting the head of services, the registered manager and the operational team in delivering safe and person centred support. This role includes, responsibility for staff inductions, training of staff at head office and in the services and been responsible for the direct supervision of the team leaders of the service.

This role includes the development and management of the 18+ services, as required in line with CQC standards. You will lead, oversee and assist the deputy mangers, team leaders in implementing the company’s vision, including the systems, staffing, policies and procedures that enable structure and high standards to be delivered.

The Deputy Service Manager will provide daily management of the services across Derbyshire, Nottingham and Staffordshire, including allocation of daily duties and responsibilities, staff deployment and day to day supervision and oversight of the services, specifically to mangers and team leaders..

You will be responsible for planning and delivering KPIs in line with the action plans, business plan, implement KPIs for each team member and support the registered manager to monitor and evaluate the progress of KPIs.

**About You**

You will have previous management experience within regulated CQC services specifically supported living, and knowledge of relevant Adult Social Care Legislation, Government Guidance and Best Practice and Working Knowledge of Adult Protection Policies and Procedures.

You will have comprehensive understanding of adult supported living and the development, independence, preparation and floating support models of a supported living business, understanding the strategies for managing Challenging Behaviour and have the ability to understand equality issues and have knowledge and consideration of meeting the diverse needs of the staff team and vulnerable adults.

You should have the ability to continually aim at improving the staff teams’ performance to provide Best Value Services and to develop effective team performance, make informed decisions and offer a clear lead, including pre-planning and impartation and monitoring of those plans, as well as having experience of handling conflict and managing sensitive issues to achieve positive outcomes.

Our holistic and therapeutic model focuses on a person-centred approach and consists of supported employment, training and social enterprise. This includes hot tubs at each property and all our properties are pet friendly.

We provide animal therapy, music therapy, art therapy, CBT counselling and wellbeing programmes. We also provide supported training and employment opportunities through our workshop and retails shops.
