**Data Assistant**
The Stockwood Park Academy is seeking to appoint a Data Assistant to support the administration of internal assessment systems for the recording, reporting and tracking of student data and progress under the direction of the Senior Data Analyst.

**Key Duties**:
- Maintain and update student, staff and parent information in Arbor/Pupil Progress in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Support with collection and processing of Admissions information for incoming students.
- Assist the Senior Data Analyst with the preparation of assessment data summaries for internal and external audiences
- Import and manage data from external sources, e.g. CTF data, importing targets and student lists such as the Gifted and Talented register, PP, KS2 Data, FSM.
- Assist and deputise for the Senior Data Analyst as required.
- Assist colleagues with the management of Arbor and Pupil Progress, reporting and the analysis of data.
- Liaise with colleagues such as the Examinations Officer, Attendance Officer, Senior Leaders and colleagues across Advantage Schools as required.
**JOB SPECIFICS**
**Start Date**: Asap
**Salary**: AS 6-8 FTE £25,483 - £26,292 actual pro rata salary £23,248 - £23,986
**Job Role**:Permanent, Full time, Term Time plus INSET plus 2 weeks, 41 weeks per year, 37 hours per week
